- Decide on the tournament duration (week, month, season).
- Set the format (playoffs, round robin or other system).
Step 3: Choose a starting team
- At the beginning of the game, you will have a certain budget (e.g. 100 million).
- Use it to build your team.
- Choose the players you like and evaluate them based on their current stats.
Step 4: Evaluate the players
- Get to know the players, their stats, their position on the field and their current form.
- Study their ratings from previous games: number of goals, passes, errors.
- Remember that the balance between defenders, forwards and midfielders is important for a successful team.
Step 5: Form the team roster
- Create a starting lineup (e.g. 15 players for rugby).
- Select a captain and goalie (if the game has such roles).
- Decide who will play and who will sit on the bench.
Step 6: Strategy and Player Roster
- Determine your team’s tactics: will it be attack-oriented or defensive-oriented.
- Select players with strong stats in the right positions.
- Include star players in your lineup, but balance them with less expensive but promising ones.
Step 7: Participate in the Draft
- If your league uses a draft system, prepare to select players.
- Anticipate which players will be in demand and select those who will not be bought out by other teams.
- Consider your budget so you don’t spend everything on one player.
Step 8: Player Rotation
- Periodically refresh your lineup based on the players’ current form.
- Track injuries and cards to avoid losing points for inappropriate players.
- Replace players if they have been out for a long time or are in poor form.
Step 9: Monitoring and analyzing
- Keep track of your matches and your players’ performance.
- Check statistics to optimize your lineup for future matches.
- Analyze how your team is playing as a whole and how individual players are coping with tasks.
Step 10: Earning bonuses and rewards
- Depending on your team’s match results, you will earn points.
- Bonuses may also be available for successful tactical decisions and the use of certain players in different situations.
- At the end of the season, earn rewards in the form of virtual prizes, tournaments, or points.
Step 11: Discussing and communicating with other managers
- Communicate with other participants in the chat or forums.
- Share your successes and tactics.
- Create a league with your friends and compete with each other.
Step 12: Participate in tournaments
- Regularly participate in tournaments to climb the rankings and earn more points.
- Use different strategies to achieve better results.
Step 13: Constantly improve your team
- Develop your team, improve strategies.
- Watch for updates and new features in the game.
- Use the experience of previous seasons to improve your work with the squad.
